Brain Activity Atlas
Mapping the human brain functions is one of the core tasks of human brain mapping. Brain Activity atlas (BAA) aims to elucidate the brain activity in a comprehensive battery of functional localizers and in a large cohort of healthy adults using task-evoked fMRI.
A set of maps will be constructed to describe both the common features and the variability of the brain activity in a population, including the probabilistic activation map (PAM), probabilistic functional regions map (PRM), response magnitude map (RMM), response variability map (RVM), and so on.
